Procedures - Our office policy requires us to check your insurance coverage prior to performing any type of procedure. We make attempts to authorize insurances 2 weeks prior to the procedure date. We re-check all authorizations 5 days before appointments. If your insurance company has not responded to our requests prior to the day before the procedure we will have to re-schedule your appointment.

At the time the appointment is made for a procedure an information packet should be given to you with the location and contact information of the Facility. If you did not receive this please call us so we can send that information to you. Please keep in mind that the surgical facility will also be authorizing your insurance on their end to see if their services will be covered. They will be calling you separately for this.

Patients need to arrive one hour before their scheduled procedure time. It takes time to prepare for your procedure including check-in, changing, and IV sedation if requested. We want to make sure we have enough time to give you truly great care.
